West Workout Gym Welcome to West Workout Gym. We are dedicated to being the Gym that cares for you. These programs are monitored and upgraded regularly.

We give personalised instruction and help with motivation, so that you can achieve the results you deserve. We build you up from beginner-programs to more advanced routines, with achievable goals on each program. Advice on diets and nutrition is also part of the service we provide. West Workout has been in operation since 1978. Howard Cladingbowl is the current owner and has successfully been running West Workout since 1990, catering for all individuals. West Workout prides itself on being “the Gym that cares for You”

If you are looking for personalized instruction and motivation to help you achieve the results you deserve, then West Workout is the place for you. West Workout supplies a large range of bodybuilding and fat-loss supplements. Howard specialises in and provides one-on-one personal consultation with gym members and/or athletes, assisting them in achieving fitness goals, training, nutrition advice, diets, muscle building/body transformation and stage preparation for competitions (i.e. Bikini, Fitness and or Bodybuilding shows) all in a healthy drug free way. West Workout also has been instrumental in growing Powerlifting in the Western Cape and helping many top lifters achieve their national colours. Howard qualified in the UK with the British Amateur Weightlifting Teachers and Instructors awards and coached in gyms in England for 2 years before he took over West Workout. He has been in bodybuilding since 1988 and still competes in the Masters division nationally and internationally. West Workout Gym is home to 100% Raw powerlifting in South Africa �
