That shaking during Pilates?
Most people think it means theyâre doing something wrong⌠but itâs actually the opposite.
It usually shows up when youâre using muscles that arenât used to being switched on... your deep core, stabilisers, the smaller support muscles.
Add in slow, controlled movement, and your body has to work harder to stay steady.
Thatâs where the shake comes in.
Itâs your muscles fatiguing, and your nervous system learning how to control them better.
So instead of seeing it as weakness, see it as your body adapting.
