Erin Pienaar from Curves took us through a Zumba workout LIVE on , Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It incorporates interval training with alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

Sorry to say that the outdoor classes have come to an end for winter season! Seeing as my little one is also due October, it just feels like the right time! Thank you to everyone who has supported me at Life Retreat Studio and to for giving me the opportunity!
