To all the Sport for All Moroka FB Friends and admirers, thank you for sharing in this vision and successes we achieved. Sadly, I am signing off and discontinuing the operations due to reasons that could have been avoided. To summarise it - this outcome is a tragedy of good intentions! I reserve further comments!

Since I took to running and coaching in sport, my life coaching skills have improved. I found parallels between sport discipline and self-discipline, team discipline and group dynamics! Sport does change an individual and a group in an amazing way.

Today is 54 Days to the Big C Day - an awesome feeling of running my second ComradesMarathon at 54 speaks to me....I am in this year's to finish my second for a medal but the life long medal I want to give is a donation to the http://www.worldvision.co.za/campaigns-projects/comrades-initiative/ my adopted charity which I am running for. When you see so much dedication in these two kids, Mbali and Mzwakhe, in a programme that can cater for up to 500 children, you just want to go on despite the business imperatives. They begin to matter more than the bottom line....and this is the reason I wake up and burn the petrol to honour them!

The past rains have washed out our sessions, cast doubt if the session will happen, caused others to dash home whilst others stayed away or the obvious would be there - the sports court would be flooded...to these few members, it has been a moment to enter Coach's office and play games
