🇿🇦🏊‍♀️ LOOKING BACK - SA SHORT COURSE NATIONALS 2026 🏊‍♀️🇿🇦

What an amazing opportunity for Keira Martins to compete at the SA Short Course Nationals and race alongside some of the country’s top swimmers this past weekend.

Making it to this level is something to be proud of, but what makes it even more special is the journey behind it, the tough training sessions, perseverance, commitment and the determination to keep improving. 💪

👏 Congratulations, Keira! Your achievement is a reflection of the dedication and effort you continue to put into your swimming. We are proud to see you stepping up, racing at this level and continuing to grow as a swimmer.

Enjoy the achievement, celebrate the milestone… and then we set the next goal! 😉

🎯 Road to Nationals 2027 starts now!

🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ WHAT A GALA, TEAM H20! 💙💦
We’ve just wrapped up an incredible Eastern Gauteng Aquatics Summer 1 Gala, and we couldn’t be prouder of our Team H20 swimmers! 🏆👏

Our swimmers gave it their all in the pool, achieving some amazing results, PBs and unforgettable moments. Every race, every start and every finish showed the hard work and determination that goes on behind the scenes. 💪

A HUGE thank you to our coach for the endless dedication, guidance and encouragement you give our swimmers. 💙

And a very special thank you to our Team H20 parents, team members and officials who volunteered their time at the gala. Events like these simply wouldn’t be possible without people willing to step up and help. 🙌

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Making a Splash... On Land! 💦

This weekend our Team H20 swimmers and parents swapped the pool for the Parkrun and took on the Carnival City parkrun as part of their training programme!

What an incredible morning of fitness, teamwork, laughter, and family fun. It was fantastic to see swimmers and parents encouraging one another, pushing themselves, and enjoying some cardio outside the pool.

Swimming may be our sport, but building strong, healthy athletes and creating lasting memories is what Team H20 is all about.

A big well done to everyone who participated – you all did an amazing job! 👏

Bring on the next challenge!
