Bring your children along to enjoy being outdoors, making new friends and learning new skills on their bikes in a beautiful venue! All activities are managed and overseen by skilled, qualified coaches.

Price includes a Snack Pack and entrance to the Bike Park with full use of available equipment (no need to bring your own bikes)

TIME: 8.30-11am
(11 January may include swimming, so children must be able to swim)

💦WESTERN CAPE CHAMPIONSHIPS 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

Congratulations to ALL our swimmers that participated at the WCA-A gala in George over the weekend.

As a club our swimmers had 55 personal best times, 10 medals and 16 finals.

We are extremely proud of each swimmer that swam their hearts out. We had lots of smiles and laughs throughout the gala which created such a great atmosphere around the pool and to coach in.

Looking forward to seeing everyone back after the holidays. Travel safe if you are on the roads and we’ll see you back in the water in the new year 💦

Over the weekend we had many of our swimmers compete in the Winelands gala at Coetzenberg swimming pool. Our swimmers had many great swims which included many personal best times. As coaches, we are very happy with the progress and will continue to bring each child closer to their personal goals. Thank you to all the swimmer’s parents who were able to come and support at the gala this weekend. Your support, care and encouragement does not go unnoticed. We are grateful for you and we are excited for the upcoming galas this season.

We are very proud of our swimmer Eric Kotze, attending Rhenish Primary school, who broke the U/12 South African Record for the 50m butterfly. His time is a 27.96. Well done Eric, we look forward to your upcoming training for December Western Cape Champs and Junior Nationals in 2023.

We have had an incredible opportunity this past year to partner with the Darcey Sunshine Foundation. The Darcey Sunshine Foundation aims at giving bridging underprivileged children an opportunity to learn water safety. The heart of the program is to prevent drownings and to increase knowledge about water safety in the Western Cape area.

Over the weekend we had our end of year function where 74 children from different Darcey Sunshine Foundation water safety programs came to Strand beach for an educational and fun day at the beach.

The outcome of this program was successful, and we are very excited to continue partnering with The Darcey Foundation in 2023.

Well done to all the swimmers who have competed in their school swimming galas this term. We have had great results and personal best times.

All smiles on their faces! We are excited to continue practice and fun for the galas still to come.

CONGRATULATIONS to ALL the kids and parents that took part in the STS Triathlon 2022 during this past weekend!

It was such an amazing experience to be apart of and seeing all the smiles on everyone's faces was great!

WELCOME BACK SWIMMERS!

This term is going to be great! We looking forward to all the swimming/team building/school gala prep and enjoyment in and around the pool this summer.
