After wet-forming the sheath (previous post) we get it ready for stitching!
Yes that is about 1" thick veg-tan leather at the widest point. Nope, I am not looking forward to stitching it!

Working on some claying templates this evening. Seems like I may need to go get some new clay but that's a story for another time!
Far left will get a hamon, so I want to see what kind of activity I can get on it, testing a steel for that one!
