// WHEEL POSE //
Backbends strengthen your back, shoulders, chest, and hips. They lengthen your spine, increase flexibility, and improve mobility, which helps promote good posture.
When doing the Wheel Pose, focus on lifting your hips high and relaxing your neck as you press through your feet and hands so your gaze comes to the floor.
Please note, this pose is recommended to be performed after practicing more mild backbends ✨
