⚡ FC Cruisers' Player of the Season: Carl Landsberg ⚽️

Carl was a key figure throughout FC Cruisers' season and was on top form during the season's most entertaining match when they beat BMF in a nail-biting encounter on the very last day. A worthy Player of the Season for FC Cruisers.

⚡ Let's take a moment to applaud a player who was selected as his team's Player of the Season for not only 1, but 2 different teams! ⚽️

Congratulations Leon Cornelissen (left) for being chosen as the Player of the Season for Hou By Die Blou and Return Of The Blue!

Francois (right) was the team captain for both teams.

⚡ Congratulations to Marc Christians for being named BMF's Player of the Season ⚽️

Well done Marc! It was an honour to witness your composure and decision-making when you had the ball at your feet.

⚡ Last week Thursday our very first 5-a-side indoor football league concluded and we crowned our first champions! 🏆

It was a thrilling first season, filled with passion, hard work, and commitment. A big thanks to everyone who played a role in helping us get to this point.

We are excited about the future and look forward to celebrating many more last-minute winners, goal-line clearances, passionate fans, skilful dribbling, breathtaking finishing and hard-earned victories!

Our next season kicks off in two weeks. Will De Velde be able to defend their title? Or will we see a different team emerging as champions? Time will tell...

⚡️ Goalkeeper of the season: Josh Sammons 🧤

After an impressive season as the Goalkeeper for Inter Yegran we would like to congratulate Josh for being named the Thunder Fives Goalkeeper of the Season for the May/June Thursday League of Thunder!

Inter Yegran only conceded 21 goals throughout the season, which is impressive considering the team that conceded the 2nd least amount of goals let 31 in.

Josh was also Inter Yegran's Player of the Season.

If goals is what you want then you should come to Thunder Fives.

During our first season we had an average of 16.5 goals scored every game.

The winning team, De Velde, scored an impressive 58 goals. The second most goals were scored by Return Of The Blue who scored 47 goals.

⚡ Player of the Season: Keano Coopoosammy ⚽️

Congratulations to Keano for being named the Thunder Fives Player of the Season for the May/June Thursday League of Thunder!

Keano was an instrumental player in De Velde's season where they remained unbeaten until the last whistle. He played a pivotal role for them as both the goalkeeper and vice-captain and was also chosen as De Velde's Player of the Season.
