Sitting and healing after birth, means your muscles get weaker. Try walking as much as possible to keep the muscles active instead. And as soon as you get the “all-clear” to start with activity, then look for low impact body weight workouts. Squats, lunges, push-ups and pelvic floor exercises will help build your strength.
