A huge congratulations to all our fencers who competed at the WC Provincial this weekend! 👏 🎊
We are especially proud to celebrate those who reached the podium - bringing home 3 Gold, 1 Silver, and 4 Bronze medals across the Junior, Senior, and Veteran categories. 🥇🥈🥉

Last day of fencing for the U18 fencers at Stellenbosch Fencing Academy. We are hosting a little competition with some of our fencers as a treat.
Maties is of course an open club and we welcome any young fencer that want to try out the sport.

Throwback to when fencers helped with their amazing ! We were in the gardens of the old Grosvenor House giving demonstrations.

Our Story
Practises: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm - 9pm
Everyone of all skill-levels welcome
Venue: Coetzenburg Gym, Sports Hall
Come in and have a look! We don’t mind your level of fitness or skill, we will make sure you sail through the ranks and break a sweat during a bout. If you are an experienced fencer this is the place to be if you want to keep your reflexes sharp and your strikes on point, we will also hook you up and let you know where the latest competitions are.
We have club equipment available to you until you feel ready to buy your own :) But it’s mainly foils and epees we have available.
First two lessons are free!
