I’ve been a little quiet on here - but that doesn’t mean I’ve been standing still - it just means Im terrible with my social media account 🤪🥴🙈

One thing I’m really proud of?
The women I’ve worked with over the years.

Women who showed up.
Worked hard.
Got strong.
And completely changed what they thought they were capable of.

Life shifts.
People move.
Seasons change.

But strong women? They always come back to their goals.

I’ll be starting with my individual online clients on 1 March - and I’m honestly so excited to reconnect with women from all over again.

From London to a farm in the middle of nowhere, it just proves that coaching doesn’t have borders anymore. If you’ve got WiFi and commitment, we can make it work.

I’m a personal trainer… but I’m far from perfect. In fact, here are 5 things about me that might just make you go “wait, what?!” 👇

1️⃣ I can demolish an alarming amount of chocolate and sweets without feeling sick. (A talent? A curse? You decide.) 🍫🍭
2️⃣ I preach rest days like gospel… but do I actually take them? Ehhh. NOPE! I honestly really struggle to take them. Endorphins > logic. 🏋🏼‍♀️
3️⃣ Stretching? Hate it. Zero patience. If flexibility was a subject at school, I’d have failed. 🙃
4️⃣ My food relationship? Definitely not perfect. Carbs are my love language and portion control… we’re still working on it. 🍝🥖
5️⃣ Competing on stage? Hard pass. NEVER. Just simple not my vibe. Fitness, to me, is about so much more than just how I look. 💪✨ That said, I have huge respect for anyone who does step on stage — it takes insane discipline and dedication!

So yes, I’m a trainer who’s a little messy, very human, and absolutely obsessed with movement.

OH – you spicy little sweat fest, you! 🔥

Was it hyped? Yes.
Was it worth it? AB-SO-FLIPPEN-LUTELY.
Was it a vibe? No s**t Sherlock - it was a lung burning, sweat-dripping, heart-exploding kind of vibe.

Honestly, there’s nothing quite like pushing your body to the limit with a few thousand endorphin junkies who paid to suffer and smile through it. We LOVED every sweaty, lung-burning, burpee broad jump second.

Now we’re just floating in a post-HYROX identity crisis, wondering… do we train? Rest? start a cult? Sign up for another race or simple scroll instagram and look at every single hyrox post there is.
Honestly we truly don’t know what to do with our lives now. 😂

And yes, this is your official warning: the HYROX spam continues until our mental stability improves.
(And if these are the “good” photos… just imagine the bad ones. You’re welcome in advance 😅)

To everyone who’s done it – you get it.
To everyone who hasn’t – what are you even doing with your life? 😜😜😜

Wow, what a weekend! What a race, what a vibe — THIS is HYROX! 🔥💥

Absolutely loved the training (dankie and ) and was SO happy with our result!
— jy is ’n masjien! 💪 I’m so proud of you! We had so much fun and encouraged each other the whole way. This is what sport is all about — teamwork, energy, and doing hard things together.

We’re super happy with our time — and we’ll definitely be working even harder for the next one. We’ll be back… 💥
