Meet Andre “Attie”, our Restaurant Manager at Chez Shiraz 🍷

Stellenbosch born and bred, Attie has spent 24 years in hospitality, and it shows in the small things: a familiar greeting, a table that feels right, an evening that runs without you noticing.

Ask him what to order and he’ll point you to the lamb shank or the fillet, ideally on the deck on a summer’s evening, with the golf course stretching out below.
