Well done to our tumbling gymnasts and coach Annette and coach Stefan with a successful district trials. Level 1's - Mikaiya Yolisa, Abemahle Matshini, Akhanya Madala, Akuwe Mfunzana and Lisole Mbana. Level 3's - Minentle Bhenya, Imkhitha Voyi, Sibahle Singanagana and Anasu Mbulali . And level 6 - Anina Rademeyer. You have made us proud.
These gymnasts will be competing at the Western Cape Championships from 28 to 30 August.

Well done to our level 1 to 3 WAG gymnasts who had their district trials yesterday. They all made the district team to compete at the Western Cape Championships in Saldanha from 26 to 28 June. We are super proud of you!

This year we're extending Incredible Gymnastics Week and celebrating it throughout the year by highlighting the disciplines that makes our sport so special and begin with Rhythmic Gymnastics where sport meets artistry!
Rhythmic Gymnastics combines strength, flexibility, coordination and performance into one incredible gymnastics discipline.

The competition season for our level 1 to 3 WAG gymnasts kicked of with a fun beam and floor club competition. Oaks Gymnastics club joined us. Well done gymnasts! We are super proud of all of you putting full routines on the floor.
