Group and individual Pilates classes, sports/deep tissue massages, specialised sports training, Biok
Mareli Spreeth is a qualified and registered Biokineticist since 2011. Her specific interests (in the broad field of Biokinetics) are golf conditioning and rehabilitation, as well as flexibility training and working with children (Boost program). In addition to Biokinetics, Mareli teaches group and individual Pilates classes to all ages. She is also an experienced sports/deep tissue massage therapist that treats everyone from the corporate world to sports professionals.

Hi All! These classes are on trial, some are already doing well :-). Hope to see some new feet!
Hi everyone,
You will, within the next 3 days, see the name of this page change from "Mareli Spreeth Biokineticist" to "Pilates In Die Boord".
It will still be me in the background I'll just be a little bit more flexible regarding advertising certain services, changes and tariffs.
Being registered with the HPCSA as a medical service under the board of Biokinetics, I don't want to steps on any toes with advertising in general or with my complimentary and separate services that I offer.
I trust you will understand.
