Our boys made their gravel debut at this weekend and it went down well! and took our Checkpoints out for a spin in grabouw with and some of the other riders in our community and safe to say the gravel bug has bitten hard - Christan even managed a 1st in his age group!

Stunning scenes, good trails, even better water points and lots banter - thank you for having us! We’ll definitely be back 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

What gravel race should we do next?

We’ve been working on getting Zeb on a Trek looonng before he started working with us - he attended every beer ride, mates race and group ride for a good 18months - shy and quiet, never saying a word but out wheelie-ing everyone there. After he started working for us at the beginning of the year he slowly started to come out of his shell, and his dry humour and quick wit has become well known around the shop 😂

We have been able to help him finally make the switch to Trek - and we’re happy to see his riding and confidence on the trails improve as a result!

We’re stoked to have you as part of the team Zeb, and now you finally look the part! 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

It’s that time of year!

BUILD UPDATE #1

We’re going to take you with us as we build up our new space - so welcome to the first build update 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

The space has been completely white boxed, which means this week we can start with the build of the structure of the new space - which includes the workshop, front shop, hang out space, office, bike set up room and storage.

We’re so excited to start seeing it come to life!

This stunning build came though the shop and out to a very lucky customer 💥🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

spent some time making sure it was perrrfect before it went out

- Kovee Elite 30 carbon wheelset

This bike was 10.2kg as a stock build (size ML) - we’re already looking with the customer at ways to bring it under 10kg 🔥🔥

Our next mates race is on the 30th October and you know what that means…. 🎃👻

will have a sick AMP 35 Carbon handlebar up for grabs for the best dressed guy or gal so start planning those outfits! There will be points for creativity and out-the-box thinking, but remember, you’ll have to be able to ride in your outfit - so factor that into the designs 😉

We’ll also be doing a spicy little (optional) hill climb segment after the racing for those XC speed racers and ungoverned e-bikers that want to settle the score and get ultimate bragging rights - no need to pre-sign up! 💥💥💥
