Race 2 Hermanus - Stacey finished her 2nd triathlon 9th in her category 🔥
Huge improvements on swim & bike, smashing her goal by nearly 30 minutes.
Tâmega SwimRun - Tiziana did her longest swim to date. Fun day out, but made the tough but smart call to stop with a foot ni**le. Big lessons ahead of IM later this year 💪

Two standout performances from last weekend 💪
*Tiziana ran a well-deserved PB at the Aveira Half Marathon, proving once again that patience and smart pacing beats chasing the clock
*Amy delivered a strong and well-fuelled ride at the Mallorca 312 half distance.

• Stievie smashed his first 70.3 with a 5:38 on a brutal course!
• Hugo showed huge resilience in his race comeback - hills + weather, conquered!
• Shaun fought hard for that doctor’s green light and finisher medal earned!
