Class Times 2018:
1) Group Classes
Tuesday: 8:00am- 9:00am – Advanced
9-10am – Beg/Interm.
10 - 11am ( Private orientation lessons)

Thursday: 8am – 9am - Intermediate/Adv.
9am – 10am Beginner.
10am -11am ( Private orientation lessons )
2) Private Orientation Classes:
Please arrange individual times with instructor.

Rates 2018: (Valid Jan. - Dec. 2018)
> Mat classes: 1 class per week = R580 per month for 4 lessons (R145 per class)
> Mat classes: 2 classes per week = R1080 per month for 8 lessons (R135 per class)
> Private Orientation: 5 x 1hr individual class – R350 per class (see below) total = R1750 for 5 classes
>Once-off/drop-in class: R200 (visitors)
>NOTE: fees will be calculated at the above rate per class, depending on the number of classes which fall within each given month.

Focus for the Month: Rhythmic Pilates ABBA Playlist. Put your platforms on and lets work that body "Dancing Queens."
