IRONMAN 70.3 Mossel Bay — Member Appreciation
1 eeek ago two of our members lined up at IRONMAN 70.3 Mossel Bay and got it done.
finished in a time of 6.59 and .threeoaks in 7.49 — huge effort from both of them on a tough day, and a great reflection of the consistent work they’ve been putting in.
Riaan has been very consistent with us over the last couple of years, and Kerstin is back with us in Stellenbosch after putting in the work overseas. Consistency pays off. Proud of you both.
