What an incredibly successful, uplifting and heartwarming weekend at the Stellenbosch Gymnastics Club Championships! ✨🤸‍♀️

A huge thank you to our passionate team of coaches, supportive families and the entire Shed crew for creating such a special competition atmosphere.

We are beyond proud of every single performance this past weekend. Girls…you truly outdid yourselves with your courage, determination, growth and beautiful team spirit. 🌟

Now we look ahead with excitement as we count down just under 3 weeks until District Trials for our Level 1–3 WAG gymnasts.
Keep working hard, keep believing in yourselves and keep shining bright. The journey is only beginning! 💫

Growth like this doesn’t happen overnight, and these gymnasts are proving that consistency and commitment truly pay off.
We are incredibly proud and fully back every single gymnast at Stellenbosch Gymnastics.
Your effort, attitude, and resilience do not go unnoticed.

With just 3 weeks to go until our Level 1–3 WAG gymnasts step onto the floor for their very first club competition, the excitement is real, but so is the belief in each of you!

From first-time beginners discovering their strength, to our elite, high-performance, and senior athletes pushing limits.

From the apps of Stellenbosch Gymnastics to the heartbeats of nervous little bodies at Cape Winelands districts– our girls shone with grit and grace, bringing home over 60 medals and a ticket to district trials! Everyone qualified for Western Cape champs. 🏅✨ No time to rest – now we grind, graft, and polish for the next stage!

Coach Tabo has been invited to a British Gymnastics Development Camp for the ages of 10 -14 years. This camp is hosted by the British Gymnastics National Training Center (Lilleshall) from the 19th - 24th of August.

We are so proud of you and your commitment, not just to , but to gymnastics overall!

Thank you for all the energy, love and enthusiasm that you put into this awesome sport and your gymnasts.
