Maandag, 15 Januarie skop ons die jaar af op 'n gesonde noot!
Kom verbeter jou fiksheid en voel weer goed oor jouself! Ons is n lekker groep vroue van jonk tot nie meer so jonk, wat 3keer per week in die buitelug oefen. Bring n oefenmat, springtou en +- 2kg gewiggies saam.
Oefentye:
Maandae, Dinsdae en Donderdae van 18:00-19:00.
