2X WORLD CHAMP🌎🏆 lifted heavy weights and had fun for 5hrs and ended up on the podium!!

Gotten take for a Roller coaster of comp some unexpected lows with bench missing 2 bench presses

and that’s the thing with sport you can have a goal, and have a way to get there, but sometimes that route switches up! And that is where faith needs to kick in, where it gets tested, and revealed, whether you still hold firm despite what going on in the now!

Big thanks to coach Jason Clarke in prep and on the day, as an athlete and coach and someone working themselves, a massive focus was to have full faith not only in myself but coach! Didn’t even know what numbers were loaded, what position I was during the comp because, I had faith, allowed me to enjoy myself and not let those doubt hits,
Especially after missing 2 bench presses and straining my pec!

Massive thanks to all those supporting me on the day! And for me getting to compete overseas in South Africa!!

2X World Champ 🌎 MAHIDOG TO THE WORLD

We did it team! Ticked it off with the Gold, wasn’t my best performance with numbers specifically on bench, tweaking my pec, and letting that put me off to fall into lifting my butt up, but that was where the mental battle begun,

I couldn’t let this one slip up get to me going into deadlifts!! So we locked in, picked our selves up and executed

Actually had no idea what weights, or placing I was the whole comp, I had faith we were taking in the Dub with God and full trust with the NZ Coaches Rory Lynch and Jason Clarke

Big thanks to Jason Clarke coaching me through the entire prep of worlds and holding me to the standards and focus during prep
