⚽🏐 WHAT IS SEIP?

The Sports and Education Integration Programme (SEIP) is an initiative by the Joseph Mhlongo Foundation that brings sport, education and opportunity together.

SEIP was created from a simple belief: young people should not have to choose between their education and their sporting dreams.

The programme brings together high school and university learners through soccer and netball, while creating opportunities for:

🎓 Bursaries & scholarships
⚽ Talent identification and development
🏐 Competitive sporting opportunities
📚 Education through sport
🎯 Performance and academic tracking
🗣️ Motivational talks and sports clinics
🤝 Youth development and social cohesion

The tournament will feature 8 soccer teams and 8 netball teams, competing in a knockout format. Outstanding players and academically strong learners will be identified for further opportunities.

Our goal goes beyond winning a tournament.

We want to identify talent, support education and create pathways for young people to build a better future.
