There is so much strength in a community of women who continue to show up for one another.

The women of Diepsloot play an important role in each other’s lives and in the lives of the children around them. From the women at our soup kitchen who help feed children every month, to those involved in our outreach at the Diepsloot Women’s Clinic, their care reaches further than they may realise.

Every meal served, every conversation and every moment of support matters.

In a time when many women are feeling afraid, being surrounded by women who care can make all the difference.

We are stronger when we look after one another and the children in our community 💛

🍎 Empowering those who empower others.

We recently completed our first Teachers Teaching Tools Workshop at Basa Riversands School, equipping educators with practical skills and resources to support and inspire their learners.

The workshop was met with incredible enthusiasm and gratitude, with teachers already asking what comes next. At Diepsloot Youth Programme, we believe that investing in teachers is investing in the future of every child they reach. 🌱
