JEM Catering is looking for an experienced 👉 Procurement Manager to take full ownership of our purchasing, stock control, and cost management across our production kitchen and operations.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced catering or food production environment and understands the importance of discipline, accuracy, and value-for-money sourcing.

What you’ll be responsible for:
✔ All procurement for food, packaging, and operational supplies
✔ Enforcing a strict 3-quote system
✔ Cost control, supplier negotiations, and best-price sourcing
✔ Accurate stock-on-hand management and stock takes
✔ Detailed procurement tracking and reporting
✔ Leading a small procurement / stores team

What we’re looking for:
- 7–10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Catering / food & beverage industry experience preferred
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Proven track record in cost efficiency and stock control
- Relevant qualifications

JEM Catering is looking for a driven and energetic 👉 Sales Co-Ordinator to join our growing team in Johannesburg South.
If you thrive on generating new business, enjoy speaking to people, and want to earn commission on the sales you create, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Cold calling and sourcing new clients
✔ Generating leads for corporate events, private functions, canteens, conference venues, catering contracts, festivals, and activations
✔ Building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
✔ Handing qualified leads over to our Events Co-ordinator team for conversion

What We’re Offering
✔ Basic gross salary
✔ Commission on all converted sales from new clients and events
✔ Opportunity to grow within a respected and fast-paced catering business
✔ Support from an experienced events and operations team

What We’re Looking For
- Sales or business development experience
- Confident communicator with a strong phone presence
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Hospitality or events industry experience (an advantage, not essential)

Location: Johannesburg South – On-Site with site / customer meetings where relevant
