We have much to celebrate this weekend - International Yoga day, Solstice and Father's Day happening 21 June ✨

🧘‍♀️ Join me for Yoga at 9am on Saturday at our stunning Llandudno beach venue Llandudno lifesaving club.

You are welcome to bring with you your Dad, husband, boyfriend or son (father to be one day!) for a free yoga class - let's celebrate the men in our lives ⭐️🙏🪷🧘‍♀️🌊

What's a hike without a few random yoga poses along the way 🤍

Oh well, sadly that is the end of that lovely lot of long weekends!

Let's settle into our normal routines again and hopefully lots of yoga too
