📢 IMPORTANT EVENT UPDATE

To our valued supporters,

It is with regret that we announce the postponement of the Women's Day Sunday Soul Chill Out, originally scheduled for Sunday, 9 August 2026.

After careful consideration, we have made this difficult decision due to the expected rainfall leading up to the event, which is likely to leave our outdoor venue unsuitable for safely hosting the event and providing the quality experience we had planned for our guests.

The safety, comfort, and well-being of our guests, artists, vendors, staff, and service providers remain our highest priority, and we believe this is the most responsible decision under the circumstances.

🗓️ NEW DATE

Thursday, 24 September 2026 (Heritage Day)

Join us as we celebrate Heritage Braai Day, featuring great music, delicious food, amazing vibes, and good company.

🎧 The good news is that our full DJ line-up remains unchanged! You can still look forward to all your favourite DJs bringing the same incredible entertainment on the new date.

🎟️ All purchased tickets remain 100% valid for the postponed event.

📧 All ticket holders will receive an email with full details and the following options:

✅ Option 1: Keep your ticket, which will automatically remain valid for the event on 24 September 2026.

✅ Option 2: If you are unable to attend on the new date, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted by Friday, 14 August 2026 at 17:00 by emailing [email protected].

If you have any questions regarding your ticket or the postponement, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support.

We look forward to welcoming you on 24 September 2026 for an unforgettable Women's Day Sunday Soul Chill Out – Heritage Braai Day! 🇿🇦🔥
