We hope that our training starts the journey of the love for water . Too much competition too young can burn out some children. Healthy balance is vital if children will enjoy competitions.

🗣 Michael Phelps: “During my career, I looked at myself in the mirror and saw someone with goggles and a cap, not a person with a beard, a ponytail, and the gray hairs that start to appear. I didn’t see someone with emotions, I saw myself as a guy who won a few golds and broke a few records, I never saw myself as a human being.” “I don’t want my children to swim, I don’t want them to go through what I went through for more than 20 years with the United States team. I have learned that not being okay is okay, because my journey with mental health never ends, but taking care of yourself is a victory.”
