Bunker shots often go wrong before the club even reaches the ball.

Wrong club choice, poor setup, incorrect ball position, a closed clubface and slowing down through impact can all cost you shots.

Our latest blog breaks down 7 common bunker mistakes and explains how to improve your technique, contact and confidence from the sand.

One of the biggest mistakes golfers make in a bunker is trying to lift the ball into the air.

Let the sand do more of the work.

Set up with a slightly wider stance, open the clubface and aim to enter the sand just before the ball.

Then commit to the shot and keep the club moving through the sand.

Do not slow down at impact. A confident swing gives the club the speed it needs to move through the sand and carry the ball out.

Simple setup. Clear entry point. Full commitment.

What part of bunker play do you struggle with most?

Your golf ball affects far more than you may realise.

Distance. Spin. Feel. Control. Even consistency from tee to green.

Our latest blog explains how golf ball construction, compression and condition can influence your game, plus what to consider when choosing the right ball for you.

They are not there for looks.

Those small dimples play a major role in how the ball moves through the air. They help reduce drag, improve lift and keep the ball in flight for longer than a completely smooth ball would.

The result? More stable ball flight, better distance and greater control.

It is one of the smallest details in golf, but it has a big effect on every shot you hit.

Have you ever actually thought about the design of your golf ball before?

First-tee nerves can make even a familiar swing feel different.

A simple pre-shot routine, a clear target and one calm breath can help you settle into the round and focus on the shot in front of you.

You do not need the perfect opening drive. You just need a committed start.

Ready to put it into practice?
