BLOOD, SWEAT AND GUTS
In a cold, empty gym, the only sound I hear is the clanging and banging of the iron as I grind through rep after rep of intense and grueling exercises.
It's just the weights and the reflection of myself in the gym mirrors.
Me versus me.
I have to be better than I was yesterday. I have to conquer the person looking back at me. That is the path of progress.
I am drenched in sweat, fatigued to the core, hands torn and bleeding from countless hours of lifting cold heavy iron.
But I've got the guts to keep going, to push beyond my breaking point.
This is where greatness is forged.
In the silence,
in the pain,
in the relentless pursuit to be better.
Blood, sweat and guts.
Strength of a powerlifter, physique of a bodybuilder and endurance of a calisthenics athlete.
