Season done. 14th place for Mimbulu Soccer Academy, and my body tapped out before the final whistle,This year wasn’t about the table. It was about the 6am runs when nobody was watching, the tackles that left bruises for days, the bus rides home after wins and losses that felt the same length, I gave everything I had for this badge. Every sprint, every duel, every time I got back up after getting knocked down, I didn’t finish the way I wanted to. Injury got me before the end, and that’s the part that stings the most, Sitting on the sideline watching my brothers fight without me is worse than any loss. But I wouldn’t trade a single minute I had on that pitch with this squad, 14th in the league doesn’t define us. What defines Mimbulu Soccer Academy is how we showed up for each other, how we never quit, and how we’re already talking about coming back stronger next season, To the coaches, the staff, and every teammate - thank you for making this year count, Rehab starts now. I’ll be back stronger .
