Today's lesson focused on discipline and positive behavioural change. Every athlete must train not only their body but also their mind. Great players make wise choices by staying away from habits, friendships, and distractions that can destroy their future.

Your attitude off the pitch is just as important as your performance on it.

4 days into our pre season and the ground is heating up now...

The season just ended ..to many positives to take into the next season..
-introduced 3 under 13 into the main team..with their captain Milupi been our number 1 goal keeper..the boys is a marvel to watch..good with ball work giving the team balance with our modern system 1-3-3-3-1 formation..
-Elisha a new under 13 germ promising to be a great ball maker and dribbler
-Jere the solid pilla in defence ...learn from the likes of clever and solo his on a way to greatness .
- Lewis gave us the the fast runs and ending our season has the team top scorer..
- - the machine in the middle ,the improved Jose ..it's nice to see boys improve with more room to be greatest
- -if u love football with brains and dribbling then u know cooper john and Justin gave us that cause they are just that...still improving though..
- -the back 3 of solo ,Gabi and clever is the best have seen so far...all growing to morden football.
- -our soldier boy come back to bring not military mind set but team leadership and maturity..his getting but to his feet but u know Bwalya is a natural leader and gives us balance
- our our away record was the best any team wished in the league ..we won more away games than any other team .

-with the season ending we not rest we start our pre season asap to shape up and adapt to the new game play..look out to more exciting development and game play.
- lastly we would like to say thankyou to everyone that stood with us,supported us and believes In us ..like we say "ONE DAY FIKAPANGA SENSE "
