On April 2, 2026, the unconference “Diversity of Languages and Cultures in the Modern World” took place at the East Siberian State Institute of Culture. I had the pleasure of participating alongside other international participants.

I shared key findings from my study on how foreign students adapt to life in a new country and suggested ways to improve this process, contributing to intercultural interaction and understanding.

If you’re not an athlete, your active lifestyle shouldn’t be about competition.It’s not about running faster than others or lifting heavier than them.Let it simply be about you pushing your own limits .Competition is for athletes in sport but movement is for everyone.
