This is how the Olympics day celebration went like in Kabwe and the theme for this year 2024 is let's move and celebrate, students of Kwame Nkrumah university together with the Olympic values Education programme and the National olympic committee of zambia came together to celebrate this day which comes every year for youths and athletes to know and understand the the core values of Olympics which are friendship, respect and excellence

The club gathered together today to clean some surrounding of the University .

Olympic Day commemorates the founding of the International Olympic Committee on 23rd June 1894 by Baron Pierre de Coubertin.

Olympic Day is a celebration of sport, health, and being together. It invites everyone around the globe to be active and move together with purpose on 23rd June every year.
Kwame Nkrumah University OVEP Club celebrated the day in collaboration with Kwame Nkrumah University sport ministry and the invited guest Mufulira college of education on the 25th of June 2022 under the theme move for peace.
Activities on this day included aerobics organized by OVEP Club, introduction of Teqball and ball games organized by Kwame Nkrumah University sports department in which OVEP Club members participated to promote their values.
Olympism is simply a way of life. # friendship .
Olympism aims at blending sports, culture and education.

It's a beautiful month once again...OVEP bring you a rare opportunity to showcase your talent and ability to the public community on the 8th of March.
The event will kick off with aerobics in the morning which are totally FREE FREE!!! at 06:30
And late in the evening we bring you a splendid night called Karaoke night.. what is Karaoke you ask yourself? Well it's a simply a form of entertainment where people vibe to the music by sing along with lyrics displayed...we as OVEP club thought of spicing it up by including
Poetry, dancing and comedy. mic.. we are all invite and tickets are only going at k10...the tickets admits you in the venue and guarantees you free snacks and entertainment...
