Showing the guys how it’s done - TRX Y-RAISES - this exercise doesn’t look like much but it’s quite tricky in practice. It requires good shoulder mobility which a lot of us don’t have. The idea here is to raise your arm to a Y position (not too wide, not too narrow) WITHOUT bending your arms at the elbows; while keeping your body in a perfect plank position.
