Okay ! This is a big one -Let’s Discuss Gym Etiquette ...An Under Rated Art But If Everyone Followed Along,the Gym Would be such a Happier place . Just imagine , No sweaty pits in your face or SEARCH and RESCUE missions for MIA dumbbell(don’t you just hate that? When someone steals your dumbbell🙄)

Sounds pretty sweet huh ? So below is a picture of our Gym Rules that EVERYONE has to Adhere to and please try to stick to the rules while in the gym ..

But first tell us, what annoying things do other Gym users do that drive you up the wall?! 😆😆

We’ll go First !

1)People who leave Equipment on the floor after use !👎🏼👎🏼ALWAYS RE-RACK your DUMBBELLS! Gym time is not meant for a scavenger Hunt ! We don’t want to tidy up after you .

2)CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF !!! This means removing all weight plates from the squat rack ,Wiping down Cardio machines and NEVER leaving a puddle of sweat behind !

We could go on and on. Our Gym Rules poster is just by the entrance ,it sums it all up. Acquaint yourself and let us try to be more Hygienic ,Considerate and Respectful for the next Member if not for yourself ..

PS; sanitizer is available around the gym -Let’s utilize it and keep Germs at bay ..
