What Does Easter mean to you?... (Part 2)
Let’s start here…
Easter Sunday is not just a celebration...
it is a revelation. It is a memorial of Jesus' resurrection.
Because something happened that day that shifted eternity forever.
Easter Sunday: The Power of the Resurrection
Again, it’s not about the exact date…
it’s about what it represents.
This is the day life defeated death.
“He is not here; for He is risen, as He said.” - Matthew 28:6
That statement alone changed everything.
What Really Happened on the day of Resurrection?
1. Jesus Proved He Is Who He Said He Is
Many people lived… many people died…
But only One said “I will rise again”... and actually did it.
“Declared to be the Son of God with power… by the resurrection from the dead.” - Romans 1:4
The resurrection is not just a miracle…
it is confirmation.
2. Death Was Defeated Once and For All
“O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?” - 1 Corinthians 15:55
The greatest fear of man - death - lost its power.
So now, even when things look dead in your life…
you know God specializes in resurrections.
3. You Were Given a New Life
“Just as Christ was raised from the dead… we also should walk in newness of life.” - Romans 6:4
The resurrection is not just about Jesus rising…
it’s about you rising too.
Rising from:
- cycles
- sin
- broken patterns
- the old version of you
The Deeper Truth
If the cross was about payment,
then the resurrection is about power.
Power to live right.
Power to start again.
Power to become who God called you to be.
Let’s Be Honest for a Second…
Some of us celebrate Easter…
but still live like Jesus is in the grave..👀
Still stuck.
Still defeated.
Still thinking “this is just how I am.”
Meanwhile heaven is saying…
“He rose… so you can rise too.”
The Reality for Us Today
Easter Sunday is a reminder that:
You are not stuck... you can rise
What looked dead in your life can live again
You have resurrection power on the inside of you
So we don’t just celebrate Easter…
we live resurrected lives.
Because in God’s kingdom,
it’s not just about believing He rose…
it’s about becoming proof that He did.
Prayer Point:
Take time to thank God for the power of the resurrection, declaring that you are rising above every limitation, walking in new life, and stepping into all that Christ made available through His victory.

What Does Good Friday & Easter mean to you?... (Part 1)
For some Easter is about imichopo, family and friends chills, drinking, vacations, time off from work etc
But I ask you to really think about this day and period
Good Friday - The Power Behind the Day
There will always be debates about dates…
Was it really April?
Was it really Friday?
Was it another day?
But here’s the truth: God is not bound by calendars, He moves in purpose.
Good Friday is not about when it happened.
It is about what happened… and what it accomplished.
Good Friday represents the day sin lost its power, and grace took its place.
“It is finished.” - John 19:30
Those three words were not a cry of defeat...
they were a declaration of victory.
Jesus wasn’t just dying…
He was completing a divine transaction.
What Really Happened on Good Friday?
The Exchange Took Place
“He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us…” - 2 Corinthians 5:21
On that day, Jesus took your place.
Your sin for His righteousness.
Your guilt for His grace.
The Veil Was Torn (Access Restored)
“The veil of the temple was torn in two…” - Matthew 27:51
This meant no more separation.
No more distance.
You now have direct access to God.
The Power of the Enemy Was Broken
“Having disarmed principalities and powers…” - Colossians 2:15
Satan didn’t win at the cross...
he was publicly defeated.
The Deeper Truth
Good Friday looks like pain, but it produced redemption.
It looked like loss, but it released life.
What seemed like the worst day in history…
became the greatest victory for mankind.
The Reality for Us Today
Good Friday is a reminder that:
1. Your past has been paid for
2. Your access to God is open
3. Your victory has already been secured
So we don’t just remember the day…
we live in the power of what it accomplished.
Because in God’s kingdom,
it’s not about the date... it’s about the finished work.
Prayer Point:
Take time to thank Jesus for
1. the finished work of the cross
2. for the divine exchange
3. for access to God
4. and for victory over sin and every power of darkness
declaring that you walk daily in the fullness of all that Christ accomplished.

*Authenticity — The Gateway to Intimacy with God*
One of the greatest things you can bring before God is not perfection... it is authenticity.
Many people struggle in their walk with God because they are trying to present a version of themselves that looks spiritual, instead of being real about where they are.
But God is not looking for performance, He is looking for truth.
📖 “Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts…” — Psalm 51:6
God responds to what is real, not what is rehearsed.
This is why the Bible says:
“Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” — James 4:8
Notice... it doesn’t say perfect yourself, then come.
It says draw near.
And the quickest way to draw near is to come authentic.
Tell Him how you really feel.
Tell Him where you are struggling.
Tell Him what you don’t understand.
*Because authenticity is a quick way to intimacy with God.*
Even David... a man after God’s heart was brutally honest in his prayers.
In one moment he was worshipping, in another he was questioning, in another he was crying out for help. And God honored that.
Why? Because it was real.
“The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.” — Psalm 145:18
God is not intimidated by your weakness.
He is drawn to your honesty.
So stop trying to impress God in prayer…
and start connecting with Him.
Because when you come authentic,
you give God something to work with.

God never waits for perfect people.
If He did, no one would ever be used.
He takes willing hearts, imperfect vessels, and produces perfect outcomes.
Grace is not for the strong, it is for the available.
When poetry carries the weight of truth, it does more than entertain... it awakens hearts.

We started with a simple idea…
What if we created a space where people could just come as they are?
No pressure.
No pretending.
Just real people, real conversations, real expressions of faith through music, poetry, and creative arts.
And on Saturday… it happened.
COME AS YOU ARE OUTREACH was a success. 🙌
It may have looked small on the outside, but the joy, fellowship, encouragement, and presence of God at our meeting was undeniable.
What we witnessed felt like the beginning of something powerful... a move of God through Christian creative arts and music ministry.
A generation expressing the Gospel in fresh ways.
A huge shout out to every minister who came and poured out their gifts so selflessly. Your music, poetry, and words truly blessed us.
And to everyone who came through, thank you for believing in the vision.
This is only the beginning.
Something special is growing here.
Stay connected… the next gathering is coming..
