The assurance was that if the country qualify to this hipic, that there will be no poverty in Zambian. The country achieved the so called hipic, and we were still warowing in abject poverty. Then came through euro bond, every one was celebrating. We failed to repay the bond because our trusted representatives were busy filling their pockets with money from kick backs of the bond.
