Job Purpose:
The Electrician will play a critical role in assisting the Project Manager to ensure that all electrical installations at the Rufunsa Exploration Site meet the required mining safety regulations and industry best practices. This position requires a proactive individual dedicated to maintaining high safety standards and compliance with workplace protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments for every task undertaken to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Ensure that health, safety, environment (HSE), and quality standards are maintained throughout electrical operations.
Uphold the โsafety firstโ principle in all tasks and operations.
Ensure electrical installations meet mine-site standards and regulatory requirements.
Adhere strictly to workplace HSE standards, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.

Be willing to work in shifts, including weekends, as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Strong ability to write technical and analytical reports.
Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal).
