AC Milan have signed forward Divock Origi on a free transfer following the expiry of his contract at Liverpool
Origi has turned down Villarreal's bid and also proposals from Bundesliga and PL clubs.
The striker, who has signed a four-year deal, will compete for a starting spot alongside the likes of Olivier Giroud, Ante Rebic and Rafael Leao in attack.
Forty-year-old Zlatan Ibrahimovic is also still at the club, but it remains to be seen whether he will continue his playing career after undergoing knee surgery last month.
Origi leaves Liverpool having scored 41 goals in 175 appearances, his most notable coming in Liverpool’s Champions League final victory against Tottenham in 2019.
