Police Dove Queens FC proudly wishes our first-choice goalkeeper, Bukata Kakumbi and the entire Zambia U-17 Women’s National Team all the very best as they face DR Congo tomorrow at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium with kickoff slated at 3PM.

Following their final training session this evening under the guidance of Coach Carol Kanyemba and her technical bench, the Copper Princesses are fully focused and ready for the challenge ahead.

You make us proud Bukie. Go and represent the nation with confidence and courage as you continue the journey to Morocco 2026.

POLICE DOVES QUEENS VISITS LATE MUSATILA'S HOME.

Police Doves Queens FC on Sunday, 17th May 2026 visited the parents of former and late player Theresa Musatila who passed away last month and was put to rest in Kitwe.

This followed the club's inability to be at the funeral home during burial period due to unforeseen circumstances.

The travelling team was led by EXCO members Ms. Trudence Mpikwa and Mr. Chipulu Bruce and were accompanied by Head Coach Leonard Mulako and some players.

Among notable players available was Fridah Nalwamba, currently loaned to Indeni Roses FC, former player Mulosa Melody and other current and active players including captain Prisca Nalengo, Chitoshi Mambwe, Bertha Ngoma, Edah Lungu, Jessy Musonda and Sinele Phiri .

The team was also joined by some Nkana faithfuls.

Theresa Musatila joined Police Dove Queens FC from Nkana Queens in 2020 before joining Zesco Ndola Girls FC in 2023.

During her time at Police Doves Queens FC, she became a regular feature in the Zambia National Team Developmental side. Her performance at the National Team level earned her an opportunity in Spain later on.

Police Doves Queens FC remain committed in supporting all it's players and staff.
