PROS
-the book is well detailed and can be used at a level also has good enough in for that can be used at tertiary level
-it has history of each and every topic at the beginning of each topic which is a good thing it gives a n understanding to the learner to know where or how things developed
-there is availability of diagrams which is a good learning aid for learners to understand
-availability of training programs for selected topics, it assists readers to be able to design other training programs
-availabity of practical activities which are important in our subject
-availability of answers at the back is a good bonus for both learners and teachers
- availability of index and glossary as well is good if you are looking for some detail without having to peruse through the whole book

CONS
-more pics in colour
-the size of athletic field and playing fields of Invasion games are too small, dimensions are not so visible if the could be the half the size of the page its better

Generally the book is handy and very very detailed the size of text is also user friendly"
