Want to increase your chances of achieving your new year fitness resolutions?
Here's the thing, you cannot wait for the New Year, it could be way too late, perhaps try the following steps now so you can hit the ground running come 2025
1. Aim to walk for 10 to 20 mins at least 3 times each week in the month of December
2. Aim to stretch for 5-10 mins at least 3 times each week in the month of December
3. Consider, for the month of December eating a protein rich meal earlier in the day, this will help control cravings for snacks which are normally highly processed
