*Derby Encounter*
The derby had been a thrilling and competitive encounter, with both Chegutu Pirates and G&T Mining producing an entertaining contest. However, the game took an unfortunate turn in the 80th minute after the referee struggled to manage the situation, resulting in violence and a lengthy stoppage. After 17 minutes, play finally resumed, and Pirates quickly made their mark. Just four minutes after the restart, Raphael Manuvire stepped up and found the net with a well-taken free kick, sending the Pirates faithful into celebration. Despite the late drama, G&T held firm, and the derby eventually ended 1-1 after a memorable contest
