As part of efforts to safeguard the welfare of young athletes, Mr Richard Barura, representing Bonvie, today presented various medical aid schemes that can assist Chitungwiza Junior Football Development League (CJFDL) academies in securing affordable healthcare cover for players.

The presentation comes at a critical time as the league has recently experienced a series of player injuries during matches, highlighting the importance of adequate medical support and insurance protection for young footballers.

Mr Barura outlined flexible medical aid options designed to provide access to quality healthcare, ensuring that players receive prompt medical attention when injuries occur both on and off the field.

CJFDL remains committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for player development, with athlete health and well-being remaining a top priority.
