1'touch Football Academy

The U10 Mai Ts Diaries Birthday Tournament at Stordart grounds was a thrilling event!

In the group stage, 1'Touch ,Super Eagles from Chitungwiza and BM Athletic from Sunningdale showcased their skills.

The quarterfinals saw 1'Touch facing Kuyamurana from Mbare, with Touch emerging victorious in a penalty shootout (4-3).

In the finals, 1'Touch clashed with Realstars from Mbare, with Realstars taking the trophy after a intense match (4-3).

Joshua Lloyd Semba was the top goal scorer with an impressive 11 goals, and Mukundi Matsika also made a notable impact.

The tournament was a celebration of young talent, skill, and determination. Congratulations to all the teams and players for an electrifying display of football!"

1 Touch Academy and GV7 Academy faced off in a series of matches across different age groups. GV7 Academy won the Under 10 match 2-0, while 1 Touch Academy took the Under 12 match 2-0. In the Under 14 match, 1 Touch Academy emerged victorious with a 3-1 win. The Under 16 match ended in a goalless draw, while the Under 18 match ended 1-1. Special thanks to Lovejoy Makunze who equalised from the penalty spot through a composed penalty in the dying minutes of the game. Referee Munya officiated all matches, with several players receiving yellow cards but no red cards were issued.

We participated in REAL STARS football club Under 14 tournament held in Mbare grounds today

We emerged as the leaders of the group A and we proceed to the semi finals where we faced Kuyamurana football club which was the second placed team of the group B. Our boys played entertaining football although they failed to find the back of the net despite hitting the hoodwork 3 times from 2 well executed free kicks by Captain Trossard early in the first half and by Musiyamwa late in the dying minutes of the game.

Although we fell short in a thrilling penalty shootout (2-3), we're bursting with pride! To the amazing parents who supported us every step of the way, we're grateful for your unwavering belief in our team. Your cheers, encouragement, and love mean the world to us! Remember, wins and losses are temporary, but the lessons learned, friendships forged, and memories created will last a lifetime. Keep shining, boys! "
