Oh, the joy of mango season! The world is divided into two types of people: those who relish the sweet, juicy delight and those who...can't. Yes, as shocking as it may sound, not everyone is able to indulge in the king of fruits due to the pesky problem of fructose intolerance. This is a condition where the body raises a white flag and says, "No can do!" to breaking down fructose. So while others are busy making mango memories, our fructose intolerant friends are left watching from the sidelines.

Ladies, as we embark on our journey towards 2024, let's take a moment to reflect on our health and well-being. The World Health Organization recommends that we prioritize our physical activity by engaging in at least 150-300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise every week. This can be achieved through activities like walking, jogging, or cycling. Alternatively, we can opt for 75-150 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise such as running or high-intensity interval training. It's also important to include muscle-strengthening activities that target all major muscle groups at least twice a week. These exercises not only improve our physical strength but also provide additional health benefits. Let's make 2024 the year we prioritize our health and commit to a more active lifestyle.
