It is with the heaviest hearts that we share the tragic passing of Tyler Rowe in the early hours of Sunday, December 8th, while completing the Sky Run. Tyler was an extraordinary man whose unwavering faith, determination, and kindness touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

In 2019, Tyler fought in King of the Ring and won his match in record time—a testament to his incredible skill and drive. But Tyler’s contributions went far beyond the ring. He embodied the spirit of true sportsmanship, always encouraging and uplifting others, inspiring fighters, and selflessly supporting our teams in the years that followed. His deep faith and love for God shone through in all he did, and his kindness and positivity made him an invaluable part of the King of the Ring family. Tyler’s legacy will forever remain a cornerstone of our community.

Today, we are heartbroken by his loss but determined to honor his memory in the way he lived—by giving back. Tyler leaves behind his beloved wife, Cailey, and their precious 7-month-old son, Aaron. As a community, we want to stand by them during this unimaginably difficult time by easing the burdens they may face.

We are calling on the King of the Ring family and beyond to come together and support Cailey and Aaron in Tyler’s honor. Together we can ensure that his legacy of faith, strength and kindness continues to shine.

BLUE TEAM: THE WINNERS OF KOTR 2023 🏆

Blue Team took the victory on Fight Night with winning majority of the 13 bouts.

They did Coach Issa incredibly proud and he was overjoyed to take back the win from 2019!

Although they did win, it was very close! Red Team won 6 fights, whilst Blue Team was just ahead with 7 fights!

Well done the Blue’s! 🔵🔵🔵

AND THATS A WRAP ON KING OF THE RING 2023!

A truly phenomenal evening of boxing, entertainment and dining!

We reached our goal and raised a total figure of $110 000 for St Joseph’s House for Boys.

Thank you to each & every person who played a role in putting this event together! We couldn’t do without everyone who contributes in ways, big and small.

A massive well done to our fighters - I think we can all agree that they put on a real show for us! 💥

SECURITY

Please note our security will be extra strict this year. No entry will be allowed into the event gates without showing your tickets.

Please be mindful we are trying to get 1000 people into the event, so queues need to run as smoothly as possible.

There is no tolerance for lost tickets - no ticket, no entry.

Our bouncers will be checking for wrist bands throughout the night ‼️

PARKING

Please take note on parking - once you enter Borrowdale Country Club, you can either turn immediately left, find a parking and make your way to the tent OR you can go straight, drop off your partner at the DROP OFF TENT to avoid them walking a small distance in high shoes, follow the road, find a parking space and make your way to the tent, collect your partner from the Drop off Tent and enter the event together. 🎪

VAYA TAXI SERVICE

King Of The Ring has partnered with Vaya this year and will be offering complimentary taxi services for all guests after the event. Vaya cars will be parked at a designated station at the event exit and will ferry guests home free of charge should they wish to take up the service.

The event understands the massive risks associated with drink driving and aims to mitigate these risks through its partnership with Vaya. Guests that are not fit to drive are encouraged to use this service and collect their cars the from the venue the following day. All cars left at the event will be guarded for the duration of the night.
