As our Harare August Holiday Camp comes to an end, BFA (US based) Founder Coach Eli
leaves our young players with a few important words: work hard at your game, take your education seriously, respect your parents, help at home, stay disciplined and keep becoming better.
At Bright Futures & Legends Academy, we don’t just develop basketball skills. We are intentional about developing boys & girls into disciplined, respectful and confident young people, on the court, in the classroom and at home.

What a weekend. ⚡🏀
The energy at Hellenic Sports Club was something else — squeaking sneakers, parents on their feet, coaches calling plays, and young ballers leaving everything on the floor.
This is what BFA Zimbabwe was built for. Not just basketball — but the moments where a young player hits a clutch shot and realizes they're capable of more than they thought. Where a teammate picks them up after a loss. Where a coach sees the kid become a leader.
We are proud — deeply proud — to bring back Zim hoops to its Mecca, Hellenics sports club. It was a huge honor to host a league near and dear to our founder Coach Eli, the Harare Basketball Junior league. Thank you to HJBL officials for investing the future of our game.
