I am thrilled to share my experiences from this December’s Ashihara Karate Camp in Cape Town. It was an incredible journey of discipline, learning, and growth that extended far beyond the dojo.

A Meeting with a Legend

The highlight of the tour was the distinct honor of meeting Kaicho Hoosain Narker, the founder of Ashihara Karate International. Beyond being a world-class martial artist, Kaicho is one of the finest teachers I have ever encountered. I am deeply grateful for the time he took to share his vast knowledge on business management and leadership.
Bridging Karate and Business
While the physical training was rigorous and rewarding, this trip offered invaluable professional insights. Through the connections made and the mentorship provided by Kaicho, I have gained a fresh perspective on how to elevate my dance studio. We discussed:
* Strategies for professional school management.
* Innovative ideas for sustainable growth.
* Building a community-focused brand.
